This website is provided by Focal Soft for information about ValetFusion. Content may change without notice.

Subscriptions

ValetFusion has a Free plan (1 location, 5 staff users, 1,000 tickets per month), a Premium plan (3 locations, 25 staff users, 5,000 tickets per month; AED 999 per month or AED 9,999 per year per company, excluding 5% VAT) and Customized plans agreed with our sales team. A 14-day free Premium trial can be started from inside the console. If a Premium subscription or trial ends, your data is kept and Premium screens become read-only until you upgrade again. When a plan's monthly ticket or user limit is reached, new tickets or users are paused until you upgrade or the next month begins. Plan limits, pricing and service levels are shown on the pricing page and confirmed in your order.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the platform lawfully and to keep user credentials confidential.
