What is ValetFusion?
ValetFusion is a cloud valet parking management platform with a web console for managers and a mobile app for drivers, key controllers and customers.
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. Free gives you 1 location, up to 5 staff users and 1,000 tickets a month, with no card needed and no time limit. It includes digital tickets with a guest QR page and live driver tracking, the valet desk and live operations board, the driver app, the OCR plate camera and the parking layout.
What's in Premium?
Premium costs AED 999 a month or AED 9,999 a year per company, excluding 5% VAT. It raises the limits to 3 locations, 25 staff users and 5,000 tickets a month, and adds venue branding on the guest page and app, shop and outlet validation, paid parking rate cards, damage marking with condition photos, supervisors with GPS check-in, operator groups with the Operations Overview, advanced reports (Report Builder, exports, Operational Health), the AI assistant and priority support.
Can I try Premium?
Yes. Your company admin can start a 14-day free Premium trial from inside the console. When the trial ends you can subscribe to Premium or simply carry on with Free.
What happens when I reach the Free limits?
Your company admin sees a prompt in the console as you approach the limits. Once the monthly ticket limit or the user limit is reached, new tickets or users are paused until you upgrade to Premium or the next month starts.
What happens to my data if I go back to Free?
It is kept. Nothing is deleted when a Premium subscription or trial ends. Premium screens become read-locked: you can still see what you recorded there, and you can pick up where you left off when you upgrade again.
Do my customers need to install an app?
No. Guests can open their ticket and track their car from the QR code. A customer app is available for guests who want saved history and notifications.
Can I run more than one location?
Yes. Premium covers up to 3 locations and the Customized plan has no limit, all managed from one console with role-based access.
How do I pay, and is VAT included?
Prices are in UAE dirhams per company and exclude 5% VAT. You pay securely online with PayPal or a card, monthly or yearly. Premium yearly is AED 9,999 and saves AED 1,989 over paying monthly.
Can I get a tailored plan?
Yes. The Customized plan is for groups and operators with many sites or special needs: unlimited locations and users, onboarding, integrations, an SLA and a dedicated account manager. Email sales@valetfusion.com or contact us for a quote.
Where is my data stored and who can see it?
Each company's data is isolated by tenant, and access is controlled by role. Read our privacy policy for the details.
